1. The TANK

The TANK M4 is truly a one-of-a-kind sled! It's the only sled on wheels, making it the ultimate strength and cardio tool for indoor or outdoor use. Unlike traditional sleds, the TANK is controlled by magnetic resistance. With just a flip of the lever, we can increase or decrease the resistance to match your personal strength and fitness level.

Aside from being a blast to use, the TANK is the ultimate fitness machine. It's fantastic for fat-loss, total-body strength, cardio, injury prevention, and keeping your workouts fun. It’s also a great low-impact, joint-friendly way to improve the strength of your legs.

With the TANK, the possibilities are endless:

1. Attach a rope and pull it to tone your arms and back.

2. Drag it to strengthen your quads.

3. Push it to build leg, glute, and core strength.

4. Push it fast to keep your heart rate up and enhance your cardio.

The TANK will bring a ton of fun and variety to your sessions! Who's ready to take on the TANK?

2. Intek Stainless Steel Dumbbells

If strength and muscle tone is what you’re after, you’re going to love our dumbbells.

Introducing the Intek Stainless Steel Delta Series Dumbbells, a pinnacle in strength training. Crafted with precision from high-grade stainless steel, these dumbbells redefine durability and functionality, ensuring a timeless investment in your fitness journey. Not only are they the best built dumbbells, they are best looking, delivering results and style in your workouts.

With these beauties, you'll be completing a variety of strength exercises from bench presses to rows to curls to dynamic full-body movements like squat to presses and deadlifts. The Intek Dumbbells offer an endless range of strength exercise possibilities dedicated to building strength and muscle tone.

We've got all the weights to match your fitness level, from 5lbs to 90lbs. Elevate your strength training with equipment that transcends the ordinary, bringing sophistication and excellence to your fitness space.

3. Torque Kettlebells

Kettlebells are the ultimate fitness tool. They can be used for a variety of exercises that help build strength, improve cardio, shape your arms and legs, and burn fat—exercises like presses, rows, squats, lunges, swings, and deadlifts.

When you want to focus on strength, we'll increase the resistance and slow your movement. When you want to focus on burning fat and improving your cardio, we'll decrease the resistance, increase the number of repetitions, and speed up your movement.

The unique grip and weight of the kettlebell makes using them comfortable, joint-friendly, and accessible to all fitness levels and injuries. We've also got a variety of kettlebell weights, from 5lbs to over 100lbs to match the exercise and intensity to your specific goals and needs.

4. Squat Racks

And here's where a large portion of your strength training will take place during your Fuel sessions: Our Torque Squat Racks.

In a traditional gym, you might avoid something like this because they can be intimidating to try. But the truth is, these squat racks are great for all fitness levels. No matter where you're at, our coaches will guide you on how to complete each movement.

At Fuel, we'll have 4 of these squat racks lined up on our rubber floors. Each rack will hold bumper weights from 2.5 pounds to 45lbs, barbells, trap bars, benches, bands, and landmines.

You'll quickly get very comfortable using these racks—our coaches will guide you through a variety of joint-friendly strength exercises like bench presses, rows, squats, deadlifts, lunges, and chin-ups. We'll also have a variety of attachments you can use like landmines, opti-bars, and suspension trainers (more on that below).

The squat rack is a great tool for helping you build strength in different ways. The best part about our racks is that each exercise and each attachment is modifiable and scalable to meet your goals, fitness level, and work around your injuries to deliver a truly personalized workout.

5. Barbells

You’ve probably seen barbells in most gyms. That's because they're fantastic tools for building strength through total body exercises like bench presses, squats, and other movements using our landmines (see below).

We've got a couple different barbells at Fuel—one that is 45lbs and 7 feet long, and one that is much lighter and 5 feet long. This allows us to match the barbell to your goals and needs. At the end of each bar are the sleeves where you can manage the weight.

6. Landmine Attachment

Traditional barbell strength exercises like back squats aren’t very comfortable or joint-friendly because they can place unnecessary stress on your knees, low-back, neck, shoulders, and elbows.

The landmine attachment is the ultimate joint-friendly strength training tool. It attaches to our squat racks and has a freely-moveable sleeve to slide one end of the barbell into. The other end of the barbell you'll hold to complete a variety of strength exercises.

The beauty of the barbell is that you get all the benefits of barbell exercises without the joint pain and discomfort. Because the landmine is held in your hands vs on your back, it takes significant stress off your joints—especially off your lower-back—and places it on your muscles allowing you to tone and shape your body without the discomfort. The landmine also moves freely in all directions allowing it to move within your range-of-motion and flexibility.

7. Suspension Trainers

Our suspension trainers are the ultimate body-weight strengthening tool. They hook securely and hang from the top of our squat racks. By leveraging your body's position, you’ll engage multiple muscle groups simultaneously, fostering strength, stability, and flexibility.

Our suspension trainers are perfect for building strength and tone in your arms, shoulders, back, core, legs and glutes. The variety of exercises are endless with exercise like rows, push-ups, squats, lunges, and more.

What sets the suspension trainer apart is its adaptability to all fitness levels. Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned pro, the suspension allows you to easily control the intensity, ensuring a challenging yet joint-friendly workout.

Its free-hanging design encourages a full range of motion, promoting functional strength that translates seamlessly to everyday activities. Experience the innovation and results-driven versatility of the TRX Suspension Trainer at Fuel. Get ready for a workout that's not only effective but also comfortable, customizable, and undeniably transformative.

8. High Handle Trap Bar

Introducing the powerhouse of strength at Fuel—the Trap Bar. If you've ever found traditional barbell exercises to be uncomfortable or limiting, say hello to your new favorite strength training tool.

Backed by our commitment to making your fitness journey both effective and enjoyable, the Trap Bar stands out as a joint-friendly alternative. Its higher handles limit the range of motion during various exercises, taking stress off areas of your body like your low back and knees.

The Trap Bar revolutionizes your workout by providing all the benefits of heavier lifting without the discomfort. Its design promotes a more upright posture, and keeps the weight in your center of mass, lessening strain on your lower back while engaging and shaping key muscle groups like your quads, hamstrings, and glutes.

9. Keiser Functional Trainer Cable Machines

The Keiser Functional Trainer is the Rolls Royce of cable machines. Unlike traditional cables, the Keiser Functional Trainer's resistance is controlled by compressed air. With just a push of a button, we can easily increase or decrease the resistance to match your personal strength and fitness level. Each Functional Trainer comes with adjustable dual arms and a variety of attachments to give you plenty of exercise options.

The trainers also feature a digital screen that displays the amount of resistance you're using, how many reps you've completed, and the amount of power you produced with each rep. This makes exercising on the Functional Trainer fun, motivating, and extremely practical for tracking your progress.

The benefits are overwhelming:

  • You'll strengthen your upper body, legs, and core without stressing your joints
  • It's incredibly smooth and encourages a natural range of motion, making it a great rehabilitation tool after an injury
  • It caters to all fitness levels—from beginners to fitness enthusiasts

Name the exercise, and you can do it on the Functional Trainer. With this versatile equipment, you can seamlessly perform an endless variety of exercises, from rows and pulldowns to presses and squats, effectively strengthening and toning your arms, shoulders, back, core, and legs. Increase the resistance and build strength, decrease the resistance while moving fast and torch fat.

10. Assault Fitness Non-Motorized Treadmills

Forget everything you know about typical treadmill workouts that are hard on your joints (and let's be honest, can get pretty boring after 20-30 minutes). The AssaultRunner Elite curved treadmill is on another level:

  • It doesn't have a motor; instead, your body powers the belt, making it easy to adjust your speed and intensity, burn more calories, enhance your cardio, and get better results.
  • Its curve ensures a more joint-friendly walk or run because it reduces force on your feet, knees, hips, and back. This also forces you into proper, upright running and walking mechanics, which maximizes the effectiveness of each workout.
  • Its designed for circuit-style cardio workouts, meaning, you'll step on the treadmill for a short burst, then transition to another exercise or take a brief rest before getting back on it.

Whether you prefer to walk, run, or sprint, these treadmills are a blast!

11. Torque Stealth Air Bike

Meet the Torque Stealth Air Bike—your shortcut to a dynamic and intense cardio experience.

The Stealth Bike is a great way to strengthen your legs, burn calories and improve your cardio without the impact of traditional cardio exercises (like running).

They are tough and incredibly efficient, meaning you won’t be spending more than 20 or 30 seconds on the bike at a time as you ramp up your speed, fun, and intensity.

This sleek fitness powerhouse adapts to your effort in real-time, engaging your entire body for maximum results. Built for durability and customizable to your fitness level, it's the perfect companion for both beginners and seasoned enthusiasts.

You’ll love the fitness tracking capabilities of the Stealth Air Bike. The Stealth console allows you to monitor your workout’s intensity while you build your endurance. The console includes quick start, interval training, target times and distances, and displays RPM, WATTS, heart rate, calories, speed, and distance.

12. PB Extreme Rowers

Introducing the PB Extreme Rower—the epitome of total-body conditioning at Fuel Personal Training. Forget the monotony of traditional cardio machines; the PB Extreme Rower engages multiple muscle groups like your legs, core and back, simultaneously, providing a dynamic full-body workout. Its smooth and ergonomic design ensures a comfortable yet challenging workout, minimizing impact on your joints.

What sets the PB Extreme Rower apart? The damper on the side of the rowing machine's flywheel is like a control knob for the air. With it, you can adjust the resistance to exactly what you want. Whether you're a seasoned rower or new to the world of rowing, this machine offers an effective and engaging way to boost cardiovascular health and build strength.

13. PB Extreme Skiergs

The Skierg is more than just a piece of cardio equipment: It's a game-changer for accelerating fat-loss and building total-body strength. Its an excellent choice for those with knee or back pain because it's incredibly low-impact.

Here's how it works: You'll grab the handles and pull them down as you sit back into an athletic position. Then you'll stand back up and repeat the process. This works your arms, shoulders, back, legs, cardio, and fat-loss. Like our rowers, the skierg’s resistance can easily be adjusted to match your level and preference.

14. Battling Ropes

Battling ropes are long, secured, heavy-duty ropes that you'll wave and slam for a high-energy, full-body cardio exercise.

The rhythmic motion of Battling Ropes turns your workout into a dynamic and entertaining session. The sheer power of each slam and wave is not only visually captivating but also invigorating. It's an opportunity to unleash your inner force and transform your routine into an engaging and enjoyable fitness adventure.

Battling Ropes are your ticket to a comprehensive cardio workout that targets multiple muscle groups simultaneously. The intense, full-body nature engages your core, arms, back, and legs, fostering strength and endurance.. Plus, the continuous motion promotes cardiovascular health, making it a dual-purpose exercise that works as hard as you do.

15. Soft Catch Medicine Balls

Soft Catch Medicine Balls are similar to traditional medicine balls, except they're soft, safe, and easy to grip. These mad balls are designed for dynamic exercises like slams, throws, and tosses, solo or partner exercises, squats and lunges. They're excellent for strength building, stability, and coordination—without the risk of injury.

16. Plyo Boxes

As we age, our ability to react drastically reduces, which has a big impact on our balance and ability to prevent falls. Soft Plyo Boxes help with plyometric training—from explosive box jumps to controlled step-ups, you'll love using these boxes. With a soft, impact-absorbing surface, they prioritize joint-friendly movements, give you a killer lower-body workout, and allow you to push your limits without compromising comfort.

17. Adjustable Benches

Adjustable Benches are your workout ally that adapts to your every move, whether you're doing bench presses, rows, or something else. They're engineered to target specific muscle groups with precision. With a variety of positions, these benches offer versatility that traditional benches can't match.

Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned lifter, these benches provide the stability and support you need to enhance your overall strength, improve muscle definition, and elevate your workout experience.

18. Resistance Bands

Our resistance bands are a powerhouse for full-body strength workouts. With easy-to-grip handles, you can do a ton of different exercises—from bicep curls to presses to squats to rows, and more. As you complete each movement, the resistance becomes more challenging as the tension of the band increases. This is a fantastic way to challenge, strengthen and tone your muscles.
